Returns

We're confident you'll be happy with your purchase but in case of any issues we offer a 30 day return policy

To return a damaged or defective item, simply notify us of any issues within 14 days, then return via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. We will send an alternative or reimburse you upon receipt and inspection of an item within 7 working days.

If an item is no longer needed we can accept returns provided we are notified within 14 days and receive the item in saleable condition within 30 days. In these situations we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (usually 15% of the item cost).

We are unable to accept returns for items which are no longer needed that were sold as part of a bundle.

 

What do I need to return an item

Simply quote your order number and email used for ordering along with the reason for the return when notifying us of a return claim

 

Items under warranty

If an item under warranty needs to be returned, simply notify us as soon as possible and return the item to us where upon after inspection it will be replaced or repaired as necessary.
