Description

The British LED Easy Install Emergency Module is an effective solution for emergency conversion of luminaires using LED arrays. The compact, robust housing is supplied containing our Next Generation Omni-LED emergency driver, rechargeable battery and connection terminals. The hinged cover offers easy access for both wiring and battery during installation and once wired, it will pass through a ceiling cut out of just 100mm diameter.

his product is intended to be used with a separate mains driver for Maintained applications, and is supplied pre-wired with cable assemblies for simple ‘plug-and play’ convenience. The Omni-LED’s constant-power driver technology will run any LED lamp or array rated from 9V – 200V, Making it easy to produce an emergency version of your existing LED luminaire without the need for separate ‘emergency’ LEDs or connectors.

Supplied as standard with a 5 year warranty on the electronics (LED inverter) and a 1 year warranty battery. Regular testing and maintenance should be carried out for all emergency lighting. It is essential to make regular testing of emergency lighting systems, to ensure compliance in securing the Means of Escape under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. Both Monthly and Annual inspection and tests should be carried out by the user/ building owner, including a log book of tests. How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day. Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.

We will send you a notification email when your order has been dispatched. The time your order takes to arrive will depend on the delivery option you choose.

While we always try our best to dispatch every order following the above guidelines, during extremely busy periods dispatch times may increase by up to one day. In addition we will inform you at checkout if delivery may take a little longer due to high demand.

If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

 

Non-Mainland UK and International Delivery

We are able to process orders from non-mainland UK addresses, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Ireland and the Channel Islands. Delivery surcharges for the relevant postcodes are calculated on request.

How can I track the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.

In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel on the Interlink website. You will only receive a tracking number if you have chosen a tracked delivery option for your order.

 

What days will my order be delivered on?

Our couriers deliver between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday.

 

Will I need to sign for my order?

If you have chosen the ‘signed for’ delivery option, you will have to sign for your parcel upon receipt.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.

Returns

We're confident you'll be happy with your purchase but in case of any issues we offer a 30 day return policy

To return a damaged or defective item, simply notify us of any issues within 14 days, then return via Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery. We will send an alternative or reimburse you upon receipt and inspection of an item within 7 working days.

If an item is no longer needed we can accept returns provided we are notified within 14 days and receive the item in saleable condition within 30 days. In these situations we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee (usually 15% of the item cost).

We are unable to accept returns for items which are no longer needed that were sold as part of a bundle.

 

What do I need to return an item

Simply quote your order number and email used for ordering along with the reason for the return when notifying us of a return claim

 

Items under warranty

If an item under warranty needs to be returned, simply notify us as soon as possible and return the item to us where upon after inspection it will be replaced or repaired as necessary.
